I finished! Until I sewed the stem on, Dave was convinced I'd made a felted basketball and insisted on throwing it around the house.
I used every inch of one skein of Brown Sheep Lamb's Pride worsted in rust. The stem was made from the same yarn in oregano. I decided not to felt the stem. Sheer laziness, but it looks okay.
I stuffed the pumpkin with the plastic Jewel and Wal-Mart bags that procreate in my kitchen cupboards. It looks cute, if I do say so.
